She was predeceased by: her parents, George William and Stella Morris Grubb; her husband Paul Albert Toney; her siblings, Chester Grubb, Phillip Grubb, Willard Grubb, Donald Grubb, Jimmy Grubb, Roger Grubb and Janice Webb; and her half-siblings, Edward Grubb, Cecil Grubb, Clarence Grubb, Leslie Grubb and Nellie Stringer.

She is survived by: her children, Paul Allen Toney (Michelle) of Georgetown, Kentucky and Teresa Scaggs of Wurtland, Kentucky; and her sister Mary Cordle of Argillite, Kentucky. She is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
