He is survived by: his mother Janet Brinegar Sullivan; his children, Clayton Sullivan (Paige), Caleb Sullivan and MaKayla "Rosie" Sullivan; his grandchildren, Lane and Luke; his brothers, Jamie Sullivan of Iron Hill and Danny Sullivan of Iron Hill; his niece Emma Sullivan; and the mother of his children Susan Sullivan.
