He is survived by: his wife Tamara; his brother Jim Cantrell (Cheryl) of Dunedin, Florida; his daughters, Sara Burton (Travis) of Wurtland, Jenifer Cantrell (Wes) of Worthington, Emily Stephenson (Dustin) of Danville and Elizabeth Brooks (Ernest) of Jersey City, NJ; his stepdaughter Amanda Keaton; and his grandchildren, Drew Bailey, Ross Burton, Max Burton, Mia Stephenson, Reed Stephenson, Asher Stephenson, Alden Brooks and Beau Brooks.

Roger R. Cantrell, 80, of Wurtland, Kentucky went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 4, 2025, due to complications from Parkinson's Disease.
