She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Goforth and Lou Adams Goforth; and her husband Oakley Phelps. She is survived by: her son James Phelps (Teresa) of Campbellsville; her siblings, Mickey Goforth (Debbie) of Waynesburg, Joe Goforth of Yosemite, Linda Cochran (Travas) of Cincinnati and Louise Hatter (Sherman) of Yosemite; her grandchildren, Adam Phelps (Veronica) of Campbellsville and Jesse Phelps of Campbellsville; and her great grandchild Mercy Phelps.
