He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence S. Bush and Lola Alice Kincaid Bush; his wife Betty Jean Combs Bush; his daughter Deborah Ann Bush; his sister Mollie Bush Williams; and his half-brother Rex Bush.
He is survived by: his son David Bush (Kimberly) of Cynthiana, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kyle David Bush (Maggie) and Joseph Paul Bush (Jenna); and his great grandchild Elsie R. Bush.
