He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Windstein, Sr. and Reba Nettles Windstein; his wife JoAnn G. Windstein; and his sister Cheryl Windstein Simpson. He is survived by: his children, Lynn W. Garrett and Timothy J. Windstein (Robin Shields Windstein); his granddaughters, Kandace Lynn Ashley (Phillip D. Ashley), Haley Windstein and Hannah Windstein; and his great grandchild Eileen Cheryl Ashley. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
