He is survived by: his wife Elsie LeQuita Jones Pinell of Baldwin, LA.; his children, Donald Ray Pinell of Greenland, AR, David Eugene Pinell of North Carolina, Reverend Steven Michael Pinell (Sue Pinell) of Greenville, SC, William Scott Pinell of Erath, Rebecca Darlene Pinell Parfait (Easton) of Erath, Deborah Lynn Pinell (Juston Schouest) of Erath and Elois Lequita Pinell of New Iberia; his brother William Charles Pinell (Elizabeth Pinell); his stepbrother Jackie Alexander; his son Harry J. Pinell, III; his siblings, Ronald James Pinell, Sr., Lois Firmin and Barbara Thibodeaux; his granddaughter Raven SynClaire Pinell; his stepfather Reverend T. C. Alexander; and his stepsiblings, Arlen Alexander and Delores Alexander. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
