He is survived by: his children, Michael James Mestayer, Monette Jane Mestayer Meaux (Roy "Keith" Meaux) and Mary Ann Mestayer; his granddaughters, Holly Ann Meaux Husser (Alexis "Alex"), Emily Nicolle Meaux Sam (Trevor Sam) and Laura Lynn Rebollo; his great grandchildren, Sadie Jane Husser, Georgia Lynn Husser, Jackson Keith Husser, Carson Nicholas Sam and Veda Ann Husser; and his siblings, Mary Lee Mestayer Krielow (William "Bill" Krielow) and Francis "Bodie" Mestayer (Judy Mestayer). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
