He was predeceased by : his parents, Romeal Trim, Sr. and Mary Estelle Miller; his siblings, Romeal Trim Jr., Rosemary Trim Trahan, Linton Trim and Edwin Istre Sr.; and his stepdaughter Antoinette Dunn.
He is survived by : his wife Sandra Touchet Trim; his stepchildren, Samuel Dunn, Stephanie Tul, Tim Istre, Dwayne Istre, Edwin Istre Jr. and Donna Istre; his grandchildren, Samantha Dunn, Taylor Vincent, Tyler Vincent, Jayla Hebert, Alana Dunn and Jacob Dunn; his nieces and nephews, Stacy Trim, Tracey Trim, Lance Trim, Selina McIntyre and Lisa Tran; and his brother Larry Trim. He is also survived by his 6 great grandchildren.
