He is survived by: his father John LJ Hawthorne of Abbeville, Louisiana; his sister Charlene Sampy of Orlando, Florida; his sons, Craig "Jordan" Lewis of Abbeville, Nicholas Lamar Hawthorne of Lafayette and Alex Amand Hawthorne of New York; his granddaughter Maliyah Lewis of Abbeville, Louisiana; his aunt Pauline Hawthorne of Abbeville, Louisiana; his nieces, Carmela Museaux of Fort Lauderdale and Briana Sampy of Carencro, Louisiana; and his cousins, Kibbie Pillette Jr. (Renee) of Waco and Nichelle Harris of Lafayette, Louisiana. He is also survived by relatives and close friends.
