He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Guidry and Laurice Bourque; his sister Velta Louise Faulk (Eustis Faulk); and his grandparents, Gerard and Lelie Guidry.
He is survived by: his nephews, Ricky A. Faulk, Keith M. Faulk (Tina) and Kent N. Faulk; and his niece Lucinda M. Broussard (David). He is also survived by three great nephews and two great nieces.
