He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Carroll Bailey and Elvina DeHart Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Tina Haney-Bailey of Germantown, TN; his daughters, Christina Marie Bailey of Nashville, Anna Victoria Simmons (Matthew) of Germantown and Lissette Bailey; his grandchildren, Eden and Haven; his siblings, Ruth Ellen Bailey Touchet (Robert) and Thomas Carroll Bailey, Sr. of Abbeville; his niece Laura Caroline Faught; his nephews, Charles Martin (Crystal), Caleb Martin, Thomas Carroll Bailey Jr. and Kevin Joseph Bailey; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Christian, Canaan, Eden Martin, Lincoln, Quinn Faught, Madeline and Gabrielle Bailey; and his grandson Luca.
