He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Clostio and Rosabell Theall Clostio; and his siblings, Patsy Broussard and Otis "James" Clostio. He is survived by: his wife Neta Clostio of Abbeville; his children, Denise Clostio, Teri Perry and Michael Clostio, Jr.; his grandchildren, Michael Vice, II, Samantha Vice, Jenny Roy, Sarah Clostio, Michael Clostio, III, Bailey Clostio, Gavin Perry, Addisyn Perry and Jaxen Perry; and his siblings, Sidney "David" Clostio, Sr. and Linda Clostio. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
