It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Weekly (Abbeville, Louisiana), who passed away on April 20, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Michael shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Michael farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Presley J. Weekly and Enite Trahan Weekly; and his niece Jessica Meaux. He is survived by: his son Chris J. Weekly; his sisters, Linda Romero and Kathy Simon (Ricky Simon); and his nieces and nephews, Cralla Romero, Shannon McCullon, Miclelle Fall, Heath Romero and Craig Romero.
