It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thai Nguyen of Abbeville, Louisiana, who passed away on November 5, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cu Van Nguyen and Maria Cu Nguyen. He is survived by: his wife Hue Thi Nguyen of Abbeville; and his children, Huy Nguyen of Houston, TX, Phuong Nguyen (Stacy) of Maurice, Thuan Nguyen of Brownsville, TX, Phi Nguyen (Mai) of Maurice, Ngoc Nguyen of Abbeville and Doan Nguyen of Youngsville.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Frioux-David Funeral Home of Abbeville (2600 Charity St, Abbeville, LA 70510). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew Dung Lac RC Church (1203 N Lafitte Rd, Abbeville, LA 70510). A burial will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Paul Cemetery (515 Jacqulyn St, Abbeville, LA 70510).
