She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Bates and Andonia Bates (Annie); her siblings, Isaiah, Ella Sheridan, Doris Watts, Lillie Berry and Victoria Hendricks; and her son Jerome Andrews.
She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Robinson of Covington, LA, Mary Frances Jamison of Columbus, OH and Gary Andrews (Gaynell) of Covington, LA; and her siblings, Joseph Bates of Denver, CO, Joyce James of Covington, LA and Catherine Ingram of Inglewood, CA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, relatives and friends.
