He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Joseph and Berdie "Marie" Broussard Prejean; and his son-in-law Larry Studt. He is survived by: his wife Sharon "Sheri" D. Prejean of Carencro, LA; his daughters, Karen Prejean Studt (Frank Wood) of Cankton, LA, Stacey Prejean Pereida (D. J.) of Scott, LA, Heather Call (Ryan) of Breaux Bridge, LA and Hailey Elise Venable (Gavin); his siblings, Dale "Lop" Prejean and Ruby M. Comeaux (Carl); his grandchildren, Devin (Amber), Michael, Natalie, Peyton, Talyn, Brantley, Cameron, Renan and Luna; his great grandchildren, Aubree and Brooks; and his godchildren, Joseph and Chase. He is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fountain Memorial Funeral Home (1010 Pandora St, Lafayette, LA 70506). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Bobby's name to his family.
