She is survived by: her close friend Ruth Strother of Baton Rouge; her daughter Courtney Strother (Karl); her grandchildren, Aubrey and Ben of Baton Rouge; her brother Patrick Hanks (Faye) of Foley, AL; and her caregiver Tristan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
