He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Benjamin, Hazel Tullier, Paul Sr. and Viola Prejean; his parents, Paul Jr. Prejean and Hazel Ruth Tullier Prejean; and his brother Daniel Prejean.
He is survived by: his wife Susanne Ocmand Prejean; his children, Neil Prejean (Tabitha Lively Prejean) and Ashley Prejean Clark (Ron); his grandchildren, Ava, Abigail Clark, Ella Prejean, Addie and Brody Rowan; and his siblings, Travis Prejean (Carol), Floyd Prejean, Donald Prejean (Cathy), Larry Prejean (Alice) and Paula Soniat (Richard). He is also survived by his family and as an extraordinary friend.
In lieu of flowers, David's family request memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
