He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Marie Bourque Milazzo; his parents, Charles Milazzo and Mary Grace Curcio Milazzo; his in-laws, Joseph Christopher and Beatrice Matherne Bourque; and his sister-in-law Denise "Tut" Bourque Miranda.
He is survived by: his children, Donald "Donnie" Milazzo (Jackie Juneau Milazzo), Maynette Milazzo, Vickie Milazzo Berthelot (Harold "Bu-Butt") and Berthelot, Jr.; his grandchildren, Rowland Milazzo (Michalyn Hebert Milazzo), Trey Rills (Nicole Richard Rills), Briana Berthelot Juneau (Trace), Nathan Milazzo (Sarah), Nicholas Milazzo (Sydney Muir) and Natalie Milazzo Chambers (Chance); his great grandchildren, Ezra, Eli Milazzo, Jase, Corbin, Layne Rills, Briggs, Joey, Baby Juneau, Lola, Cruz Milazzo and Annistyn Chambers; and his brother-in-law Martin Miranda.
