He was predeceased by: his stepfather Johnny Nobles, Sr.; his father George Gardner, Jr.; his stepmother Shirley Gardner; his daughter Amanda Gardner; the mother of his child Trudy; his sister Candace Ann Gardner Tarver (Paul); his sister-in-law Debbie Nobles; his cousin Stephen (Hound); his pet Fraisse; and his in-laws, Morris and Thelma Bankston, Sr..
He is survived by: his children, George Gardner IV (Priscilla) and Jennifer Gardner Vivoni (John); his wife Judy Bankston Gardner; and his mother Janette Nobles.
