He is survived by: his wife Sherry Dianne Fontenot Blotner; his son Stephen Wayne Blotner; his sister Charlotte Blotner Mussafer (Joe); and his brothers-in-law, Donald C. Fontenot (Sharon) and Milton A Fontenot (Martha). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins.
