It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Vaughan Jr. in Alexandria, Louisiana, born in Bruce, Mississippi, who passed away on February 4, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Lee Vaughan, Sr. and Ione Cheek Vaughan; and his brother David Wayne Vaughan. He is survived by : his wife Jane; his sons, Christopher Lee (Susan) and Gregory Arthur; his grandchildren, Joseph Turner Vaughan, William Christopher Vaughan, Thomas Gregory Vaughan and Emily Caroline Vaughan; his nephews, David Wayne Vaughan, Jr. and Phillip Barry Vaughan; and his niece Debra Vaughan Booker.

Al was a loyal supporter of the Ole Miss Rebels and was a member of the Loyalty Foundation for many years.
