She was predeceased by: her father Leo P. Dobard, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Omega Dobard. She is survived by: her husband Richard Rigby; her stepdaughter Margaret Garnett (Derek); her children, Carly, Kaylin (K. K.) and Logan; and her siblings, Leo P. Dobard, III, Denise E. Dobard and Edward C. Dobard (Joan). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
