She was predeceased by: her husband John Preston Thomisee; her parent Alexee; and her siblings, James Henry Hernandez, James Carroll Hernandez, Huey Hernandez, Camille Smith and May Baum.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rose Marie Thomisee and Kathy Ann Haddix (Rex); her sisters, Ivy Lee Hernandez and Mildred Prothro; her grandchildren, Matthew Rhodes, Thea Pirnat (David), Jocelyn Haddix (Mason Geenhalgh), Jonathon Creamer and Allison Crooks (Vincent); her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Bryce, Kaleb, Victoria Rose, Maggie, Tyler, Ashton, Brian, Susan, Cameron and Avery; and her great great grandchild Addison. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has designated St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P. O. Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908 for memorial contributions.
