Charlotte Adams Obituary

Memorial services celebrating the life of Charlotte Denise Smith Adams will be held Sunday, January 19, 2020 at Gardner Baptist Church from 2PM till 4 PM.
Charlotte Denise Smith Adams, 63, of Elmer, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 15, 2020, at Naomi Heights Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center.
Charlotte was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and friend who was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by those that knew and loved her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, D.C. Smith, and Nola Lewis Smith.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter Kristen Brouillette (Marksville), son Tyler Adams (Elmer), brother Danny Smith (Elmer); grandchildren Natalie, Madison, and Kennedy.
The family would like to express a heart full Thank You to the staff at St Frances Cabrini Hospital, Cancer Center and Naomi Heights for their love and care.
