He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Penny and Wanda L. McCullough Penny; and his great-aunt Leeada McCullough. He is survived by: his wife Nora R. Penny; his daughters, Tricia P. Irons (Eric) and Leigh Ann Penny (Shonda); his grandchildren, Austin W. Irons and Lauren A. Irons; his brother Donald L. Penny (Nancy); and his nieces, Paige and Jennifer. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
