He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Smith, Jr. and Theresa Smith; and his sister Marilyn Smith. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Hair Smith; and his siblings, Carolyn Delaney, Yvonne Van Mol, Cecilia Blanchard, Linda Ann Adams and Frank Smith III.
