Powell of Lena, Louisiana; his nieces and nephews, Summer G. Stokes of Alexandria, Patricia M. Powell of Baton Rouge, LA, Kayla N. Powell of Washington, D. C., Makiah Peden of Suffolk, Natalie M, Jalen D. Thrower of Dallas, Phillip Peden of Virginia Beach, VA, Sterling Peden of Charlotte, NC and Anthony J. Powell of Baton Rouge, LA; and his grandchildren, Joliette A. Young, Karlie B. Young, Kash B. Young and Kane B. Young.
