He was predeceased by: his wife Gerlene Bordelon; his daughter Tammy Edwards; his parents, Laney Bordelon and Annie Lou Bordelon; and his siblings, Chester Bordelon, Lubby Bordelon and Doris Taylor.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Matthews (John) and Tony Bordelon (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Jessie Edwards, Michael Edwards (Brittany), Taylor Matthews (Kyla), Hunter Matthews, Tori Finch (Dalton), Grant Starrett (Paige) and Coby Bordelon; and his siblings, Ruth Rusk, Carolyn Boney (Mike), Judy Mahfouz, Betty Glenn and Junior Bordelon. He is also survived by his 10 great grandchildren, his numerous, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
