He is survived by: his father Louis Powell; his stepmother Cathy Powell; his sister Juanita Sadler (Richard); his uncle Larry Evans (Terry); his aunt Barbara Weightman (Jim); his nieces and nephews, Ricky Manuel (Jessie), Clayton Manuel (Brittany), Michael Lee Sadler, Hailey Thomas (Ethan) and Kayla Manuel; and his stepbrothers, Ronald Southworth, Jr. and Tony Southworth. He is also survived by two great nieces and two great nephews.
