He was predeceased by: his wife Nelda Elizabeth Willet Elliott; his parents, Leroy Fred and Leona Notestine Elliott; and his siblings, Fred Rosamond Elliott, Loree, Russel Norman Elliott, Joanna Grace Vaughan, Leroy Frank Elliott, Nellie, Winona Mae Elliott and Ellery Charles Elliott.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Elliott Baugh (Lon) and Charles David Elliott (Kathleen); and his grandchildren, Loren Elliott Baugh and Isabel Trimble Elliott (Cole Vanderlick).
