Moore (Tammy) of Leesville, LA; his grandchildren, Tanner Moore, Emily Moore, Joshua Moore and Kelsie Moore; his great grandchild Adeline; and his siblings, Michael L. Moore, Madeline S. Porter and Mary J. Terry.
