He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rouch and Margery Rouch; his brother David; his sister-in-law Linda Rouch; and his parents-in-law, Floyd Holloway and Lillie Holloway.
He is survived by: his wife Belinda Lynn Rouch; his children, Kim Shaffette (Maurice), Brad Rouch (Missy) and Katie Rouch; his siblings, Deanna Vest, Amy Daniels (Matt), Neal Rouch (Beth) and Scott Rouch (Helen); and his grandchildren, Amber, Hailey, Ryan, Kylie, Nick, Konner, Sadie and Harper.
