He is survived by: his mother Judy S. Bush; his sister Michelle Bush; his aunt Bonnie Pace; and his uncles, Armound Setliff, Stanley Setliff, Wendell Setliff and Jarrett Setliff. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
