With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herman David Martinez of Alexandria, Louisiana, who passed away on August 28, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Martinez and Mary Martinez; his daughter Susan Martinez; and his siblings, Terry Harris, Jeanie Robinson, Syble Daigle and Joann Fontenot.
He is survived by: his wife Nell Martinez; his daughters, Kim Martinez Roberts (Ted), Amy Martinez Bienvenu (Russel) and Mary Martinez Stehr (Stephen Smith); his grandchildren, Maria, Eddie, Ben, Georgia and Gray; his siblings, Shirley Ezernack, Carolyn Fulton, Wayne Martinez (Pat) and Jimmy Martinez (Bonnie); and his niece Bonnie Lynn Irion (Scott). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
