He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Clark and Nadine Clark; his great-grandparent Charles; his grandmothers, Misty and Jenna Clark; his children, Cathy Clark and Charles Edward Clark; his former wife Lana Clark; his sister Gloria Clark Mazurek; and his brother-in-law Lawrence Mazurek.
He is survived by: his wife Delma Ann Clark; his daughters, Tanyss Kay Clark Evans (Howie) of Keller, Jesslen Renee Clark of Hunt, Texas and Tawana Clark of Van Alstyne; his grandsons, Zachary Evans, Luke Evans and Nathan Clark; and his great grandchild Taylyn Janae Clark.
