She was predeceased by: her husband Tim Ormsby. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Roger Shaw, III (Jan) and Dr. Lacy B. Shaw (Patsy); her grandchildren, Mignon Swenson (Stephen), Neil Shaw (Alejandra), Dr. Ann Shaw and Melissa Elkins (Beau); her great grandchildren, Hunter, Matias, Nicole, Sutton, Asher and Camille; and her sister Gayle McNeal. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
