She was predeceased by: her husband Ariail Anthony Andries, Sr.; her parents, Frank Tessier and Ivy Lacombe Mathews; her brother Rudolph Rutledge; and her stepfather Walter Sorie.
She is survived by: her children, Walter Andries (Darla) of Martin Andries, DC, Ivy Andries, Cynthia Davis (Greg) and Ariail "Bud" Andries, Jr. (Kim); and her brother Oliver Tessier (Tracey). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Rita Catholic Church - Alexandria (4401 Bayou Rapides Rd, Alexandria, LA 71303). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Alexandria Memorial Gardens - Woodworth (8855 US-165, Woodworth, LA 71485).
