We bid farewell to John E Day (Alexandria, Louisiana), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 12, 2025 at the age of 88. John touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, John F Day and Johnnie Mae Day; his siblings, Billy Rickey, Marty and Nancy; and his son John Samuel (John David Day).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Teresa (Kerry Chanson Jessica), Jacob (Allyson Woolley), Hailey, Mikey LaNoue, Bryleigh, Emily Moses and Angela Sullivan. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 9:00 AM and from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Baptist Church (3905 Trinity Church Rd, Pineville, LA 71360). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
