Coutee (Alysha) of Tioga and Karmen Kissick; his stepdaughter Marcie Guffey of Tioga; his siblings, Rose Anderson of Flatwoods, Ruth Rachal of Flatwoods, Felix Coutee, Thelton Coutee and Delton Coutee; and his grandchildren, Isabella Coutee, Gatlyn Coutee, Jesslyn Craig, Johnathan Craig, Aunna Craig, Lucas Guffey, Aubrey Coutee, Donnie Coutee, Kimberly Coutee and Chance Coutee.
