He was predeceased by: his parents, David Schneider and Bernadette Fitzpatrick Schneider of Shamokin, Pennsylvania.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bellard Schneider; his children, James Schneider (Tammi), Judith Schneider and Angela Laughlin; his brother Michael Schneider; his grandsons, Richard Palmer (Mandy Anderson), Larry Schneider and Bradley Schneider (Kaitlyn Picard); and his great grandchildren, Tiqun Schneider and Haden Schneider. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
