She is survived by: her mother Melba Simmons of Bunkie; and her siblings, Deborah S. Kendrew (Chuck) of Brooks, GA, Susan Gerik (Darrell) of San Antonio, TX, Allison S. Smith (Greg) of DeRidder and Stephen M. Simmons (Melissa) of Pine Prairie. She is also survived by her twelve nieces and nephews and nine great nieces and nephews.
