Jeansonne; his children, Jennifer (Wade), Greg, Veronica (Clay) and Andrea (Riley); his grandchildren, Matthew, Andrew, Sunshine, Shane, Michelle, Evan, Brooke, Roy, John and Elizabeth; his brothers, Lawrence "Bob", Charles, Paul (Jimmie Dawn), James (Patricia) and Michael (Dianne); his extended family, Ira Scarbrock (Davi), Terry Scarbrock (Jenny), Pam Socia (Paul) and Tammy Scarbrock; his grandchildren, Joshua, Jonathan, Devon, Shelby, Anna and Jordan; Derek Jones. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members, and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Rita Catholic Church (4401 Bayou Rapides Rd, Alexandria, LA 71303). A rosary was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the Alexandria Memorial Gardens (8855 US-165, Woodworth, LA 71485).
