He is survived by: his wife Juanita Warden Clark; his children, Detra Clark, Brian Butler and Shonte Cannon; and his siblings, Ginger Lee, Ava Jackson, Sylvia Nellons, Lutisha Clark, Ramon Clark and Orlando Wells, Sr.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
