With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lou Ann Rigby (Alexandria, Louisiana), who passed away on March 18, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William Walter Rigby; her son Kenneth Roy Cooper; her parents, Roy James and Constance Roberts Ducote; and her sister Carol Lee Ducote Wiley.

She is survived by: her pets, BooBoo and Sammy; her grand-horses, Rebel, Bug and Stella Pearl; her pet Itty Bitty; and her niece Constance Wiley Lachney.
