She was predeceased by: her parents, Ned Perry, Sr. and Nellie Bell Perry (Sam Kirts, Sr.); her siblings, Genevieve Christopher, Elnora Perry Turner-Lowe, Dorothy Nell Perry, Alfred Perry, Jimmy Perry and Roosevelt Perry; and her son-in-law Robert Lee.

She is survived by: her siblings, Ned Perry, Jr. and Julia Wade (Karl); her children, Nuridin Muhammad (Halimah), Harriet Lee, Edward Kirts, Andrew Kirts (Janet), Bernita Scott (Victor, Sr.), Floyd Kirts (Myra), Anthony Kirts and Bruce Kirts; Mary Ruth Alexander. She is also survived by Grandchildren, fifty-four Great Grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, a long-term friend.
