He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Laurent and Betty Laurent Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Laurent III (Paula) of McQueeny, Claire Lacombe (Billy) of Corpus Christi and Anne Laurent of Alexandria, Louisiana; his nieces, Amber Lush, Rachel Henning, Laura Sanders and Karen Coats; and his nephew Nicholas Laurent. He is also survived by three great nephews and two great nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to The Arc (John Eskew Training Center), 1700 Ashley Ave, Alexandria, LA 71301, for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
