He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elouise, Calvin Bryan, John and Vivian Butter. He is survived by: his parents, Diane Bryan of Alexandria and Roger Butter (Helene) of Lafayette; his children, Cheyanne Butter and Cameron Butter; his sister Karen Phillips of Alexandria; and his nephews, Dylan Butter, Andrew "Drew" Phillips and Connor Phillips.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Todd Butter's Funeral Service (2905 Masonic Dr, Alexandria, LA 71301). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Butters Cemetery - Forest Hill (381 Butter Cemetery Rd, Forest Hill, LA 71430).
