He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Viola; his nephew Richard; his mother-in-law Faye Lindsay; and his sister-in-law Wendy Lindsay.
He is survived by: his wife Renee'; his children, Holly Sikes, Casey Nolen and Adam; his grandchildren, Ethan Stafford, Lucas Nolen and Lillian; his siblings, Daryl (Kathy) and Patty; his father-in-law Don Lindsay; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Lindsay, Gwen and Rusty Turrentine. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
